Plately AI ("Plately," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on this landing-page wait-list, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU / EEA General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Norwegian law.

Email addresses are stored on Supabase servers located in the EU. Google Analytics data may be processed in the USA under Google's EU Standard Contractual Clauses. By using the site you acknowledge these transfers.
No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has joined the wait-list, contact us for immediate deletion.
We may update this policy as we move from wait-list to live product. Material changes will be announced by banner on the site and via email to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
